ABSTRACT
The objective of this research is to explore the empirical link between the dimensions of emotional salary and job satisfaction in the time of COVID-19, statistical studies of which are quite scarce in the environment of emerging markets. To address this gap in the literature, a survey of 190 executives of companies in Costa Rica was done during the first half of 2021. This analysis uses a multiple hierarchical model and structural equations to empirically demonstrate that the creation of value dimension, the strategic dimension, the motivational dimension and the human dimension of the emotional salary construct of Quintero and Betancur affect the job satisfaction dimension of Costa Rica's human capital. The results show that there is a significant relationship between each of the aforementioned dimensions of emotional salary and the dimension of job satisfaction.Alternate : L'objectif de cette recherche universitaire est d'explorer le lien empirique entre les dimensions salariales émotionnelles et la satisfaction professionnelle à l'époque de COVID-19, dont les etudes statistiques sont assez rares dans l'environnement des marches émergents. Une enquête a étémenée auprès de 190 dirigeants d'entreprisesau Costa Rica au cours du premier semestre de 2021 pour remédier à cette situation. Cette analyse a été effectuée au moyen d'un modèle hiérarchique multiple et des équations structurelles afin de démontrer empiriquement que les dimensions création de valeur, stratégique, la motivation et humaine de la construction salaire émotionnel de Quintero et Betancur (2018) concernent la satisfaction professionnelle du capital humain du Costa Rica. Les résultats montrentqu'il existe une relation significative entre chacune des dimensions mentionnées ci-dessus du salaire émotionnel et la dimensión satisfaction professionnelle.
